You know what a trance is.


You've been entranced tens, to hundreds, to even thousands of times before; so you don't really need me to tell you how to go there.


Drop into a deep trance now, if you'd like a new experience.


As you drop into trance, feel any cares and worries you have fall away like an old skin you no longer need. Feel a warm pair of arms come around your body in a firm hug, comforting and energizing you; while still allowing and encouraging you to drift deeper.


Feel a pair of hands now...soft fingers massaging your temples...sending you deeper and deeper each moment.


Those hands now move to where your spine and skull meet...thumbs gently but firmly massaging the hollow at the base of your skull...feel yourself respond by plummeting even deeper. 


Now the gentle but firm massage moves to your shoulders...rapidly removing any residual tension that might linger there...sending you even deeper.


Next, they move to your waist in the back. Simultaneously, a second pair of hands joins them, massaging your waist from a frontal position.


Slowly but surely, they move down your body; leaving perfect physical relaxation in their wake. Feel your buttocks being massaged by the rear pair, and the juncture of your thighs and pelvis by the front pair of hands now.


the back and front of your thighs now receive this relaxing but invigorating treatment...as you recognize that all of this relaxation is only sending you into a much deeper trance than you started with.


The first pair of hands (or is it the second?) now moves back to your temples as a third pair joins the first to take care of each leg, beginning with your knees.


People seem to forget just how much work the knees do every day; so the hands linger over them for a bit longer than they have so far, and you go even deeper.


As you realize your new depth level, the hands are moving to encircle the upper part of your lower legs; one pair to each...the relief of tension this provides is tremendous...you plummet again...as the hands move down to your Achilles Tendon area.


As the last of the tension leaves this area, the hands massage your ankles; this has the surprising effect as you sink still deeper, of turning off any sense of ticklishness in your feet that may exist...


And finally, your feet and toes are massaged; all remaining tension being drawn out of your body and mind, as you reach the deepest depth yet.


Just sit here, and "luxuriate in the moment"; recharging mind, body and spirit, for a few minutes. While you're in this deep and safe space, your unconscious mind can work on anything it needs to in order to ensure you're the best person you can be when you awaken.


Now when you are ready, you can ascend to waking consciousness once more; take a deep breath, stretch, open your eyes, and continue on with your day, evening, or night.
